Conduct advanced CaseWare Working Papers training with clients (both internal and external) via face to face facilitation, webinars and onsite visits. This role will also include continuous assessment and improvement of technical abilities and skills.

If you want to: 

  • Ensure that allocated training is delivered effectively on all existing and future products.
  • Ensure that training equips customers with the capability to be more efficient on the software in a way that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Facilitate and respond to queries regarding customization and/or advanced software features.
  • Create and improve training material/interventions.
  • Provide feedback to management on any issues / requests / opportunities.
  • Ensure training is delivered to enhance clients’ business process.
  • Identify and provide feedback on any issues / potential risks that were identified during any training session.
  • Maintain a relationship aimed at customer success with key clients and those with firm templates.
  • Communicate changes on products within scope to team and other affected internal stakeholders.
  • Within specific client success projects, execute mandated deliverables with professionalism and provide timeous feedback.
  • Escalate feature requests from clients to Product Management.
  • Update affected collateral with new features and /or new training content.

And you have:

  • Completed Matric
  • Have a minimum of a Bcom (Auditing/Accounting) degree
  • Training qualification is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of solid CaseWare Working Papers experience (where working with the product accounts for at least 80% of your current duties and responsibilities)
  • Accounting/Auditing knowledge
