This is an exciting and fast-paced role for an incumbent coming from an Audit Manager background, focusing on the public-sector environment. This role will satisfy your interest in Information Technology, as well as managing people while enabling you to apply your experience and knowledge of Caseware Annual financial statements.

If you want to:

  • Ensure that you as individual is billable at least 50% of working hours.
  • Ensure that the teams revenue production is at targeted levels.
  • To ensure quality of work is of a consistently high standard for the team.
  • Identify, manage, report and resolve any issues/potential risks that were identified at the client and handled by the consultant.
  • Ensure that all relevant parties receive all relevant communication.
  • Proactively manage the client base.
  • Create/manage individual Development plans
  • Coach/Mentor the consultants.
  • Take ownership of required tasks and activities for the team and partners.

And you have:

  • BCom Degree
  • Performed a management role.
  • Candidates must have CaseWare Experience in the Public Sector and must have managed teams.
  • 3 years + post article experience in a management role

  • Business report writing e.g. engagement and client close-off documentation.
  • MS Office and Windows Operating System knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting abilities.

  • CaseWare National Treasury in-year reporting experience.
