Cloud Development Manager: The first line leader not only of our Cloud Development team, but also of our transition from many desktop-based applications to Cloud-based solutions. This is a senior leadership position that requires extensive hands-on Cloud development experience, as well as leadership of a fast-paced, transitioning, highly specialized team.
Test Analyst: The Test Analyst assists with planning, developing and executing quality assurance and application testing. The Test Analyst will work closely with project teams to ensure that the quality assurance process is executed and that all Desktop and Cloud applications are tested satisfactorily.
Software Developer: The Software Developer thrives in an environment of innovation and creating desktop and cloud applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about data integration and connecting systems to provide customers with holistic solutions that streamlines their workflows. The Software Developer is versatile and familiar with key programming languages and driven to solve problems using technology.
Product Specialist- Corporate: This is a customer-facing role within CaseWare Africa, where the successful incumbent will be responsible for maximizing our sales by retaining and growing the market of an international, world-class financial software product. You will be responsible for crafting the Corporate Market sales plans and conducting demos to customers. This all be underpinned with financial and technical knowledge of the CaseWare product suite.
Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.
Product Manager- Practice Management: Champion the strategic direction, roadmap and success of our practice management solutions – specifically our Secretarial and Time & Billing solutions.
Internal Trainer: Join a team that conducts training on a world-class financial software product. This training is done with clients (both internal and external) via face to face facilitation, webinars and onsite visits whilst generating revenue. This is a crucial role and will include continuous assessment and improvement of existing training material and interventions. The internal trainer must strive to maintain a level of integrity across the business by helping to ensure that internal stakeholders display the appropriate technical competence to be successful in their roles.
CaseWare Working Papers Support Intern (12 Month Contract): Draw on your accounting and auditing knowledge to provide clients with product and technical support; both telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat).
Backoffice Support Intern: Provide technical software support to customers with BackOffice products (TaxWare, SecWare, CaseWare Time, CaseWare Cloud-Time, CloudSec and CloudTax). Support is done telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat). This role ranges from basic functionality and training of the supported software to high-level technical problem solving involving database-related issues & network infrastructure troubleshooting.
CaseWare Sales Intern (12 Month Contract): The purpose of this role is to provide students with the technical skills and knowledge of account management and business administration within a corporate environment. The intern will develop an in-depth understanding of our product offering and the sales skills required to provide world-class account management to our clients. They will also provide administrative support to the Account Managers and External Sales Executives.
