Development

Test Analyst (Working Papers): Join the dynamic Audit Software Development team as a Test Analyst, driving Quality Assurance on our Working Papers products. Be the voice of quality.

Frontend Developer: If you are an innovative frontend developer with experience developing cloud and desktop applications, versatile and familiar with a number of key programming languages and techniques, then read on.

QA Team Lead (Cloud): The QA Lead will be responsible for both QA Team Lead duties and continue to be responsible for Quality Assurance on his/her respective team(s).

Full Stack Developer: The Full Stack Developer we are seeking will be a strong contributor in the cloud team focusing on the full stack development of our cloud products.  The Full Stack Developer will be key in the transitioning of our product offerings to a Cloud platform. 

Functional Template Developer (Audit): Template developers in the Assurance team are responsible for taking feature requests and product enhancements, and by understanding what the clients want to achieve and how the technology works, designing and implementing those features and enhancements in the software.

Test Analyst (Cloud and Back Office):Provide invaluable testing expertise to the team and engage in a variety of testing efforts. Test and critique software components and interfaces in great technical depth.

Sales

Internal Account Manager - Public Sector (New Business Development): Grow the market of an international, world class financial software product in the market. The role consists of up sell and cross sell of our products and services to our existing customers.  

Account & Retention Manager (Customer Success Consultant): Anyone applying for this position must be able to work under pressure, thrive on a challenge and have high energy levels. Our talent must show initiative and take accountability - don’t expect to be micromanaged.

Sales Development Consultant: Use your strong interpersonal skills, software sales experience and accounting knowledge/background to grow the market of an international world-class financial software product in the Corporate market.

Key Account Manager (Global Network Firms): The KAM’s mission is to drive successful utilization of our products, build long term strategic relationships with stakeholders, proactive management within all areas of the customer life cycle, and grow the wallet share of these accounts.

Product Owner - Assurance: The Product Owner is the Captain of the delivery team and is accountable to ensure that the team delivers on software and content that creates meaningful value to users.

 

 

Support

CaseWare Working Papers Senior Support Consultant: The Senior Support Consultant will provide a point of escalation for the Support Team, and to assist in maintaining Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Support processes.

CaseWare Working Papers Support Team Leader: To lead the support team that provides support for CaseWare Working Papers, by providing operational direction, task delegation and the overall coaching and management of the team.

Consulting

CaseWare Working Papers Consultant: Implement a world-class financial software product, which has enjoyed great success in the public sector, corporate sector and audit.

Management

Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.

Training

CaseWare Trainer: Conduct CaseWare Working Papers training with clients (both internal and external) via face to face facilitation, webinars and onsite visits. This role will also include continuous assessment and improvement of technical abilities and skills, as well existing training interventions.

Mauritius

Customer Success Consultant (CaseWare Working Papers): Provide local client success, support, training and implementation services to the Mauritian market. This local presence is intended to support the expanding success of our clients on the software tool.

 

Software Support

CaseWare Working Papers Support Intern (12 Month Contract): Draw on your accounting and auditing knowledge to provide clients with product and technical support; both telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat).

Audit and Confirmations Support Intern (12 Month Contract):Draw on your accounting and auditing knowledge to provide clients with product and technical support; telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat).
