QA Team Lead (Cloud): The QA Lead will be responsible for both QA Team Lead duties and continue to be responsible for Quality Assurance on his/her respective team(s).
Senior Full Stack Developer: The Full Stack Developer we are seeking will be a strong contributor in the cloud team focusing on the full stack development of our cloud products. The Full Stack Developer will be key in the transitioning of our product offerings to a Cloud platform.
Audit Software Technical Support Consultant: We have a need for a specialist to address technical issues submitted internally and externally, providing second line support related to CaseWare and other CaseWare Africa products, services and solutions. Join a young, dynamic, passionate team and provide clients with world class support services on a best of breed auditing software tool.
CaseWare Working Papers Junior Support Manager: To lead the support team that provides support for CaseWare Working Papers, by providing operational direction, task delegation and the overall coaching and management of the team. As well as, provide exceptional service to our customers for all related products.
CaseWare Working Papers Consultant: Implement a world-class financial software product, which has enjoyed great success in the public sector, corporate sector and audit.
Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.
Customer Success Consultant (CaseWare Working Papers): Provide local client success, support, training and implementation services to the Mauritian market. This local presence is intended to support the expanding success of our clients on the software tool.
CaseWare Working Papers Support Intern (12 Month Contract): Draw on your accounting and auditing knowledge to provide clients with product and technical support; both telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat).
