Development

Functional Template Developer- Financial Reporting: The CaseWare Africa Development team is responsible for ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability of CaseWare Africa products. Functional Template Developers in the Financial Reporting team are responsible for taking feature requests and product enhancements, and by understanding what the clients want to achieve and how the technology works, designing and implementing those features and enhancements in the software.

Functional Template Developer- Assurance: The CaseWare Africa Development team is responsible for ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability of CaseWare Africa products. Functional Template Developers in the Assurance team are responsible for taking feature requests and product enhancements, and by understanding what the clients want to achieve and how the technology works, designing and implementing those features and enhancements in the software.

Product Owner- Assurance Analytics: The Product Owner is the bridge between the business and product development teams. The Product Owner works closely with the Assurance Product Manager to understand the vision and requirements for the product, and develops the necessary agile oriented artifacts and software to ensure that these are met. A technical background in software development or accounting/auditing, is a prerequisite. A major focus is an understanding of data analytics and CAATs, the assurance industry, world-class user experiences, detailed client-collaboration and the ability to lead and deliver.

Management

Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.

Training

CaseWare Internal Software Trainer: The internal training role is an exciting opportunity to engage with your colleagues and clients alike. CaseWare is a world-class software that needs someone who is as passionate about the product as we, are and to share your skills by training all who utilise our products. This crucial role will include continuous assessment and improvement of all existing training materials and interventions.

Product Manager- Practice Management: Champion the strategic direction, roadmap and success of our practice management solutions – specifically our Secretarial and Time & Billing solutions.
