Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.
Divisional Operations Manager: The primary purpose of this role is to not only successfully maintain the current operational systems and processes, but to improve and increase effectiveness where necessary. This role will also entail partnership with the broader group’s organizational strategy. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the leadership of the operations team of our division, as well as partnering with our Divisional Director on the strategy and implementation of the next phase of our customer’s digital journey. Therefore a strong collaborator is key to the success of this role.
Product Owner: Platform and Architecture: The Product Owner is the bridge between business and the development team, working closely with the Product Manager to understand the vision and feature requirements for the desktop and cloud product offerings, and develop the necessary Agile oriented artefacts to ensure that these are met. A technical background (in software development) is not a prerequisite, but a plus. What we are looking for is an understanding of the industry, lean and agile methodologies, world-class user experience and the ability to lead.
Product Specialist- Corporate: This is a customer-facing role within CaseWare Africa, where the successful incumbent will be responsible for maximizing our sales by retaining and growing the market of an international, world-class financial software product. You will be responsible for crafting the Corporate Market sales plans and conducting demos to customers. This all be underpinned with financial and technical knowledge of the CaseWare product suite.
Internal Account Manager: Retain and grow the market of an international, world-class financial software product in the Public Sector market. The Internal Account Manager’s mission is to provide support to the Public Sector team and customers and upsell and cross-sell our products and services in line with revenue targets. The proactive support and communication on the entire renewal process, customer success and ensuring that customer requests are dealt with timeously.
Sales- Corporate Market: Sales Development is the Sales & Talent pipeline driver of the CaseWare Africa Software sales business. Our vision is to be the fastest-growing Sales Unit within the CaseWare family through generating high volume quality opportunities across multiple emerging markets, in a fast-paced environment. We achieve this by recruiting and inspiring high potential talent, coaching them for sales excellence and rewarding their success with great incentives and personal career development opportunities within the business.
Product Manager- Practice Management: Champion the strategic direction, roadmap and success of our practice management solutions – specifically our Secretarial and Time & Billing solutions.
CaseWare Internal Software Trainer: The internal training role is an exciting opportunity to engage with your colleagues and clients alike. CaseWare is a world-class software that needs someone who is as passionate about the product as we, are and to share your skills by training all who utilise our products. This crucial role will include continuous assessment and improvement of all existing training materials and interventions.
