Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.
Divisional Operations Manager: The primary purpose of this role is to not only successfully maintain the current operational systems and processes, but to improve and increase effectiveness where necessary. This role will also entail partnership with the broader group’s organizational strategy. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the leadership of the operations team of our division, as well as partnering with our Divisional Director on the strategy and implementation of the next phase of our customer’s digital journey. Therefore a strong collaborator is key to the success of this role.
Senior CaseWare Working Paper Consultant: Implement a world-class financial software product, which has enjoyed great success in the public sector, corporate sector and audit. The consulting department consults to clients using CaseWare while generating revenue and establishing a renewable business. We support both current clients and new clients enabling them to use CaseWare Working Papers and the Annual Financial Statement Templates. We strive to provide clients with services that enable efficiency, quality and provide value to their organization while ensuring client success and software renewals.
Sales- Corporate Market: Sales Development is the Sales & Talent pipeline driver of the CaseWare Africa Software sales business. Our vision is to be the fastest-growing Sales Unit within the CaseWare family through generating high volume quality opportunities across multiple emerging markets, in a fast-paced environment. We achieve this by recruiting and inspiring high potential talent, coaching them for sales excellence and rewarding their success with great incentives and personal career development opportunities within the business.
Product Manager- Practice Management: Champion the strategic direction, roadmap and success of our practice management solutions – specifically our Secretarial and Time & Billing solutions.
CaseWare Internal Software Trainer: The internal training role is an exciting opportunity to engage with your colleagues and clients alike. CaseWare is a world-class software that needs someone who is as passionate about the product as we, are and to share your skills by training all who utilise our products. This crucial role will include continuous assessment and improvement of all existing training materials and interventions.
CaseWare Working Papers Support Intern (12 Month Contract): Draw on your accounting and auditing knowledge to provide clients with product and technical support; both telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat).
