Full Stack Developer: The individual we are seeking will be a strong contributor in the cloud team focusing on the full stack development of our cloud products. The individual will be key in transitioning existing desktop product offerings to a Cloud platform. They will be expected to deliver quality products under pressure and design features within the software with minimal specification input. In this team you will contribute to a wide range of projects in an agile, highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Cloud Development Manager: The first line leader not only of our Cloud Development team, but also of our transition from many desktop-based applications to Cloud-based solutions. This is a senior leadership position that requires extensive hands-on Cloud development experience, as well as leadership of a fast-paced, transitioning, highly specialized team.
Test Analyst (Cloud): Write test cases and perform testing on various software products for cloud-based tax, secretarial and back-office solutions. Provide invaluable contributions to the design of various software products to promote the delivery of value to our clients. Drive automation in quality assurance.
CaseWare Trainer: Train a broad-range of clients, nationally and internationally! This is an exciting, client-facing role where you can showcase your natural training flair, as well as your CaseWare knowledge.
Client Success Executive: As the Client Success Executive, you will develop and implement the strategies required to improve customer retention, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and significantly improve the overall net-promoter score among our customers.
Product Manager- Practice Management: Champion the strategic direction, roadmap and success of our practice management solutions – specifically our Secretarial and Time & Billing solutions.
Product Owner- Annual Financial Statements: The Product Owner is the bridge between business and the development team, working closely with the Product Manager to understand the vision and feature requirements for the product and develop the necessary Agile oriented artifacts to ensure that these are met. A technical background (in software development) is not a prerequisite, but it is a plus…What we are looking for is an understanding of the industry, lean and agile methodologies, world-class user experience and the ability to lead.
Product Manager- Platform and Architecture: Champion the strategic direction, architecture, roadmap and success of our desktop and cloud product platforms and overall customer experiences – specifically connecting data into and out of applications, performance optimization, automation enablement and closely empowering applications to work together and share data and experiences with one another.
CaseWare Working Papers Support Intern (12 Month Contract): Draw on your accounting and auditing knowledge to provide clients with product and technical support; both telephonically and via other channels (e-mail, online, chat).
CaseWare Sales Intern (12 Month Contract): The purpose of this role is to provide students with the technical skills and knowledge of account management and business administration within a corporate environment. The intern will develop an in-depth understanding of our product offering and the sales skills required to provide world-class account management to our clients. They will also provide administrative support to the Account Managers and External Sales Executives.
